God Bless Our Troops

It's 7 degrees outside. Spring is going to feel very good this year. I was looking at running logs from previous years. I pretty much ran through the whole winter. I don't run when the temps are in single digits. I haven't been out for a couple of months now.

Anna is making dinner today and then we will be taking turns on the WII again. It's almost as much fun to watch others as it is to be doing it yourself. Little Claire still has the record for bouncing soccer balls off of her head.

Word of the day
Third Sunday in Ordinary Time
Gospel
Mk 1:14-20

After John had been arrested,
Jesus came to Galilee proclaiming the gospel of God:
"This is the time of fulfillment.
The kingdom of God is at hand.
Repent, and believe in the gospel."

As he passed by the Sea of Galilee,
he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting their nets into the sea;
they were fishermen.
Jesus said to them,
"Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men."
Then they abandoned their nets and followed him.
He walked along a little farther
and saw James, the son of Zebedee, and his brother John.
They too were in a boat mending their nets.
Then he called them.
So they left their father Zebedee in the boat
along with the hired men and followed him.

God bless our troops!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I am going to put both your blogs on my list. It's nice to meet a fellow Worship Leader!

Headache is gone today. Maybe yesterday was a fluke, but still have sore throat, so I'm not doing much today. Singing this morning didn't help my throat feel any better! LOL! Seems I picked the songs with the REAL high notes!

God bless,
IDa
