I woke up this morning feeling worse than yesterday. My throat is so sore I can barely swallow. If I take a deep breath I go into coughing fits.

Yesterday I did get some things done in short time bursts. I worked on the basement for a while and got some things moved. Hopefully, in time, it will look less like a dungeon and more like an actual work space.

I am considering restricting access to my blog for various reasons. It appears I am going to have to screen my readers. At the same time I don't want to cut off my regular readers. The 6th Day in the Octave of Christmas
Today the Church celebrates : St. Anysius, St. SABINUS, Bishop, and his Companions, Martyrs
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 2:36-40.

There was also a prophetess, Anna, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was advanced in years, having lived seven years with her husband after her marriage, and then as a widow until she was eighty-four. She never left the temple, but worshiped night and day with fasting and prayer. And coming forward at that very time, she gave thanks to God and spoke about the child to all who were awaiting the redemption of Jerusalem. When they had fulfilled all the prescriptions of the law of the Lord, they returned to Galilee, to their own town of Nazareth. The child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom; and the favor of God was upon him.

Thanks Ida. I've been miserable all day. I can't find a pain reliever to touch this. If it's still bad tomorrow, I'm going to the doctor. (While I'm still considered worth treating.) ;)
