God Bless Our Troops

It's gonna be a busy one today. This morning I have to meet with the organ repair person, the sound system guy, and the piano tuner. Then it's home to move stuff because the guys are starting on the bathroom remodel. That means moving a bunch of stuff downstairs so they can get to the plumbing. I'm still trying to get used to the idea that we won't have a tub any more. Makes me feel slightly insecure. Then tonight I have to give a talk at the church soup suppers about music ministry. It's interesting that I can sing in front of people, but talking to a group makes me very nervous. I'm glad I got my notes down last night. Later in the afternoon my two buddies Clay and Claire will be here.

Word of the day:
Wednesday of the Third week of Lent
Today the Church celebrates : St. Macarius, The Forty Martyrs of Sebaste (+ c. 320)
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 5:17-19.

Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets. I have come not to abolish but to fulfill. Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place. Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do so will be called least in the kingdom of heaven. But whoever obeys and teaches these commandments will be called greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

WHY are you getting rid of your bath tub?
Sounds like you are staying plenty busy.
