Another beautiful day here in mid-Michigan. Today Claire and I walked the 3/4 miles down to Leaton hoping to meet Clay's bus and wave to him, but we weren't fast enough. We walked the 3/4 miles back to finish waiting for Claire's bus. Claire had a cup of yogurt and I ate an apple. Fun times.
After Claire got on the bus I went for a 2 miler, came back and picked some mini-pumpkins for the front yard. It's time to take out the spring flowers, but they still look so nice.
Today I have to get stockings sent out, run some packages to the post office, make a tape for one of the new cantors, and work on more stockings. Our season used to start on October 15 - It always seemed that no one ordered before then. Here we are at October 6, and we've done 40 of them already.

He was praying in a certain place, and when he had finished, one of his disciples said to him, "Lord, teach us to pray just as John taught his disciples." He said to them, "When you pray, say: Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread and forgive us our sins for we ourselves forgive everyone in debt to us, and do not subject us to the final test."
